We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Came here yesterday, we booked through our tour rep. What a utterly beautiful place. It looks like a picture from a postcard. You can swim all in the water and swim with all the fishes. There is so much to do. We did the lazy river twice, the Mayan caves, zip wires and snorkelling. Such a fun experience. All I will say everything is so expensive! The food is lovely in all the restaurants. Definitely recommend

Our kids loved the park, it was their favorite part of our trip to Mexico! They’re 10-15 years, had a lot for them to do there. They do try to get you to buy extras, we felt there was enough to do there without buying anything more. We did the jungle trek bike which was great, but way too short for the price. Enjoyed snorkeling, the lazy river, the lighthouse slide, etc. Great day with the family!

I only gave a 4 star because water was not so clear, and not many fish in the enclosure and we came mostly for the snorkeling. The food was great, the service was great, the mark was so pretty. The lazy river is a must, however the tubes push your body off, so we recommend just floating the river without a tube. we will be back 🙂

We had the most amazing time here. Food was great. So much to do and see. kids loved it and so did we. Just 2 things we wish we’d known in advance is take Jungle strength mosquito spray and bring your own water shoes as you definitely need them and they are very expensive if you buy there. Apart from that it was a wonderful day.
