We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

The park is huge! We had about 6 hours there and it wasn’t enough! Everyone is friendly, happy & helpful. The water is beautiful. Ride the bikes it’s fun!! The zip wire is the best but could be longer if I was totally honest, it’s over too soon. Only downfall is buying the photos from the cameras dotted around the park that you scan your wrist band to have taken and the photos from the dolphins are so expensive considering you pay so much for the excursion anyway!! Don’t be fooled into thinking you can scan on 1 persons band to make it cheaper, they base it on how many people in the photos!! Food was delicious and unlimited all inclusive. Dolphins area could be bigger in my opinion too! Over all though a really fun day

I love this park. Low key and beautiful. Swimming is fun. Food is ample and delicious. Fast slide was a bit much for us and best for the younger crowd. We had a wonderful day here.

Had my doubt’s, but it’s was really fun, we got there kind of late, around noon, but was enough time to try everything, remebering you that we visited on a low season. Bring water shoes. The buffet is great anywhere in the park, buy the photopass and be stress free of carrying your phone or waterproof camera. Enjoy. 😎👍

Such a fun day out! So much to do, including the 2 hours+ on the lazy river! Swimming was lovely and saw so many fish, equipment was clean and in good condition. Food was brilliant and available all day; lovely staff and ample seating! The grounds have a lovely walk round which took us about an hour and even had a meditation garden within the shaded paths.

Highly recommend for a fun day out! Lots of activities you can pay extra for it we didn’t do any of these as there was already lots to do

Excellent day, great food, great experience. Some people were complaining about the extras that were chargeable , ie swim with manatees etc. Don’t know what people expect? Premium drinks on all the bars! Could not have asked for more.
