We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

First time at this park. I would recommend going if you haven’t been before but I think one time wonder as wouldn’t go again. Definitely worth paying to do sea trek as cool seeing all the fish and sting rays. Also paying for the photo pass well worth the money. I would say you’ll get bored if you don’t do extra activities there.

Possibly my own fault for not looking at the website more carefully, but what purports to be an eco-friendly natural water park is in effect no better than sea world. The first thing you are greeted with on entering the park is a tiny enclosure containing captive dolphins that are exploited for money/pictures. There is also a manatee enclosure that we avoided but the same principle applies.
The place has the potential to be such a beautiful environment and has so much to offer that I really don’t see the need for these unethical attractions to make extra money at the expense of innocent creatures.
Also, despite signs everywhere saying only biodegradable sunscreen is to be used, this is in no way enforced. If they really want people to respect this, it should be provided as part of the entrance fee rather than being sold for a high price in gift shops. Many people ignore the rule and the effects can be seen in the water….

Really good day out while on holiday in Nexico and excellent value for money as buffet breakfast and lunch plus all drinks and ice creams thought the day is included in admission price the food was very good good choice something for everyone . We were a party of 10 6 adults 4 young children there is something for everyone to enjoy even if you are not a good swimmer you can just relax floating down the lazy river ride the train relax on man made beach while kids play lots to do and keep everyone entertained. would recommend you pay extra for photo pass you are given a wrist band and there are loads of photo stops throughout the park to capture photos also proffessional photographers walking round to take pics you can view all pics you have taken at viewing stations through the park then when you get home you can view them download them to you device and print off which you want saves carrying camera of phone around there are plenty of lockers and towels even showers which were very clean along with snorlking equipment life vest which are also included in the price. would recomened you book direct with xel ha and either get a taxi or local bus which stops outside it is a lot cheaper and you can get to the park before the excursions arrive and leave the park when you are ready to again there are taxis and local buses waiting just outside to take you back to the hotel. we did not do the swim with dolphins but fromwhat we sem they are well treated along with all other amimals we seen at the park. Recommend a visit all our family really had a fab day

This park is so phenomenal. There is a lot to do there. We spent our entire day in the water. We also do Adrenalinia. I was first hesitant but I’m glad i did it. Our captains Phillippe and Hector were phenomenal. Very energetic. We also did the Sea Trek. Swam with sting rays and fishes. It was beautiful.
