The lazy river is “okay” but there’s not much to see snorkelling and apart from that there’s only a slide and a small zip line to do included in what you pay. Would probably have enjoyed it more if it was hot a day. 9-6 is way too long to spend here, there’s not actually much to do. Save your money and go to Xenses or Xcaret. P.S this place is all jungle so it’s mosquito heaven.. take some decent repellent

My first time here and we did had a great time! We complete the passport challenge and got a free T-shirt. The attractions are great, so much fun. We did it twice or thrice of each (since it was not crowded). Be sure to arrive early morning when the park opens and try the tower first. You can get food and drinks as many times as you want if you come from Hotel Xcaret México. You also can get free sun block at the info module (which is biodegrade). Water shoes are a must.

We loved the trip to Xel-Ha!!! We got picked-up at our hotel, started with a great breakfast that was included and did all the activities that were included. Unfortunately a lot of activities like swimming with the dolphins or a ride with the speed boat were not included – this should get changed as the prize is already quite high. Nevertheless definitly worth to visit 🙂

We were told by our TUI rep that it was a 90 min journey. Got on a coach at our hotel Riu Palace peninsula. After 60 minutes we were told to go on another bus to get to park, another 90 minutes to get there! 2.5 hours on a coach.
We arrived and it was really warm. We got our snorkelling gear and I bought water shoes ($30) you really need these. Bring your own.
We went snorkelling, lazy river, jumped off the cliff, zip slides and the fastest longest water slide and lighthouse (my highlight of the day).
We had lunch (food not great), some mojitos (recommended, they were great). It was only 3pm, we wanted to go home then. Such long day.
Its like buying a ticket to Alton Towers or Disney (I’ve been to both) and all the big rides are not included? All the real fun stuff was extra.
I would not return, it just wasn’t for us.

This is a fantastic park! The park is massive. There is so much snorkeling that you can do and not be crowded. A must do is the lazy river through the mangroves. There are a few stops you can do and jump off a cliff and there is a zip line that drops into the water. The park is all inclusive so food and drinks, alcohol to is included. The water slide is good but not as exciting just going round and round the light house. It is also salt water so at the end you get salt water up your nose. The view from the top is amazing but you can not take a camera up there with you.
