We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This place was incredible! so worthwhile the visit! If you snorkle around near the stingray area you dont have to pay for it and still get to see them. The food could do with a bit more option as the breakfast wasnt great but the bar with all inclusive drinks was a great touch.

We visited this park during our holiday to Mexico and it did not disappoint.
We had a coach from our hotel to the park so we were there as soon as it opened so it was quiet and no queues.
We first off purchased the photo package which we had previously used at Xplor – it’s seriously worth it! You get to download the photos the next day.
We swam from the beginning to the end of the river with a snorkel each and it was such fun. We were the only ones around at the time so spotting the fish was easy, however when we went round a second time later that day, there was too many people and lots of floats so hard to see anything in the water.
We went on the lighthouse slide early and avoided any queues.
We purchase the sea trek as an extra and that was great fun. I took the go pro as I was recording the experience but I wouldn’t recommend it as it makes it difficult to hold the railing and gets in the way.
Lots of restaurants and different drink stations which is great. – loads of variety of food, definitely something for everyone.

We visited here whilst on holiday in Cancun, it took around 1.5hours by coach. It is honestly one of the most beautiful places I’ve been. You pay a one off entrance fee and get access to multiple activities. There is the option to pay for additional activities such as Sting ray and dolphin swimming, but to be honest there’s certainly enough to do without upgrading.

All food and beverages are included and there are pit stops around the park. You get provided with a locker and all equipment so you really only need yourself!! They suggest taking water shoes, and this is a good suggestion as you are constantly getting in and out of the water and walking on differing surfaces.

We loved that it was so free flowing and easy going. You can do things in whatever order you wish and there were no real ques for anything.

The activities we did included snorkelling, cliff jumping, zip lining, a lazy meander down the river on dingies, bike riding, eating, slide riding, walking, more snorkelling, pit stop in a hammock, rope swinging, suspended assault course, and eating again.

It is a beautiful location, calm yet full of energy with all the things you can do. Very well organised and clean and absolutely fantastic value for money.

A must visit for people who get bored of lazing around all day and a bit of an adrenaline junkie!

We choose this park because our friends did not like Xcaret. We had an awesome day. We arrived late and only took advantage of a few things. The buffet was just average.
The bartender was very good. It’s definitely worth a try.

We did a partial day here, went to Tulum before. Xel-Ha is a fun park. Lazy River with two cliffs to jump off, a cool zip line course at the end of the lazy river. Fun snorkeling and cenotes to check out. I did not go down the big water slide but it looked super cool. The super cool stuff… dolphins, manatee’s and zip bike’s are all an extra cost so we did not do those (which I think is a total bummer the zip bike should total be included). I understand why the dolphins and mantees are extra but the zip bike I think should be part of the cost. Food and drinks were amazing. And I loved section of the hammocks so you can go and chill out.
