We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Me and my boyfriend went for the day and honestly had such a fun day. Yes it might seem expensive but for everything you get worth every penny.

We booked through our Thomas Cook rep in the hotel and pick up was at half 7, transfer was quick and guide was really useful and informative.

Once we arrived explained the additional extras you could have added ie swimming with dolphins etc. We didn’t do extras but bought the photo pass and was worth it. Can take as many as you want and loads of photo points and people taking photos around the park. And you get access to all for download 24 hours after you leave.

The food and drink in park can have as much as you like. We had breakfast, lunch and then a snack as were hungry after all the swimming. Food was really tasty and had numerous different restaurants to choose from. Once we had enough went to bar and chilled with drinks and few tequilas to wait for our transfer.

Lazy river and cliff jumping and zip line etc were all so much fun. Snorkelling was brilliant went at your own pace and got in and out as you pleased. Can do everything much as you please.

Recommend you get the wee swimming shoes so much easier than worrying about flips flops etc. Was such a fun day

I had previously visited Xel ha with my husband 20 years ago and thought it would be a fun place to being my teenagers. We had a great day. All the facalities we clean and the all inclusive food was great.

The lazy river was a bit too lazy and ended up being hard work in an inner tube. I would say snorkel it or don’t bother as it just ended up being frustrating trying to row with our hands.

The snorkelling was fun but we saw less fish than last time. A sign of global warming maybe?

All in all a fun day out with the family.

I would say over all a great fun day out. However disappointing that not all activities were included. If you wanted to add on activities (like a half hour swim with dolphins, it was €100 USD per person!) just a shame that not everything was included..

also we went snorkelling by the wooden steps and there was rubber on the bottom steps to prevent people from slipping, I ended up walking down and slipping on the steps (as there was no rubber on the higher ones) and fell very hard onto my back. Cut all of my arm and really hurt my neck and all of my side. Not 1 member of staff came to see if I was ok! A bit disappointing!!

Wouldn’t say the fish to see are the best ever but still a good day

Xel-Ha 7:30am -6:00pm (reservation required included with hotel xcaret stay)-Full day activity park at your own pace. Bicycling, tubing, rope course, high jumps into ocean. Swimming, snorkeling with tons of fish around, sun bathing. Drinks included. Delicious buffet food. Make sure you bring your own safe for ocean life sunscreen, otherwise you will pay $17 for little bottle.

This was one of the first parks we attended in Mexico. Very easy to navigate your way round. Bear in mind a lot of the activity’s which are advertised on the bus are chargeable on top of your admission.
The place itself is beautiful lots of walks and places you can get into swim. We did a walk though the jungle area where you eventually find the start of the lazy river.

On top of our day we purchased the manatee experience, adrenaline, and sea trek. The manatees were fantastic we booked for an early slot and were the only ones on that booking which made it extra special. Adrenaline is a lot of fun just doesn’t last long enough! Be prepared to get a new hair do! Sea trek was ok with the water cloudy due to the mixing of river water and cenote water it was sometimes hard to see we wouldn’t book into this one again.

But certainly on future trips to Mexico we would visit here
