We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We visited Xel-Ha on Monday, August 26, paying all in for the full dolphin experience. Well overall, it was good! We thoroughly loved the dolphins and enjoyed most of the rest of the park.

But we had an extremely negative experience when trying to buy photo memories of the dolphin experience. Understand, you cannot bring your own phone or camera when you are with the dolphins, so if you want pictures, you must buy them from the park. We had paid over $350 for the park entrance and dolphin experience. When the dolphin part was over, we were taken to review pictures. They wanted another $350 for 35 pictures! Most were group shots! We were “solo” in maybe 10 of the pictures. They then offered a reduced package for $175 for 10 printed pictures, but no digital pictures. WHAT AN INSULT! They reduced that price down to $135, but we said no. As we were leaving, a different lady came up to us and offered us $8 for one printed picture. By this time, we were so upset we said no and left. Later in the day, we came back and asked to see the pictures again. We were shown them, but now, the price was even higher than before!! We asked the gentleman “what can we get for $50?” He said “Nothing!” We mentioned lower prices earlier in the day, and he said, “Well, that was earlier and not now.” So we left without any pictures of what was a fun experience. Due to this, I will never recommend this place. Instead of free advertising, you now have two unhappy customers.

If you are ever in Cancun this place has to be the top of your list! The place, food and things to do there are second to none! There is something for everyone there. They was they have integrated the activities into the landscape is amazing! Wildlife roam free and it’s the most natural park I’ve ever been to. I got to swim with the manatees to which was unreal. Keep up the good work guys! When I’m back in Cancun I’ll be back for another visit

We loved our trip to Xel-Ha. The grounds are beautiful and you can do as much as you want or as little as you want. You’re left to explore on your own. We took the trolley up to the top of the river and glided down on inner tubes. The park people are in the water taking photos and you can later view and purchase if you wish. No pushy salespeople, you view your pictures as you go throughout the day on monitors scattered around the entire park, at your convenience. The food and drinks are included in the admission ticket, so you eat when you want and as much as you want. We love to snorkel, so we took our own gear but you can use theirs at no charge. The best area to snorkel is near the entrances to the water. Lots of colorful fish. The slide was ok, but they didn’t let you take your Gopro or phones with you,which was disappointing because at the very top is the best place to take a photo. Also the water running through it was salt water and I couldn’t keep my eyes open on the way down. The ziplines that go into the water were also a little disappointing because they weren’t very high. But overall we had a wonderful time and would absolutely go there again.

This was such a fun experience! There are so many water activities to choose from and a lot of fun in the sun. I would definitely do this excursion for a full day. Food is included in the price you pay so you don’t have to worry about this.

I would recommend just going in your swim gear and bring sunscreen. You leave everything at your locker and bounce from activity to activity. I would also recommend water shoes for this excursion. You can bring your phone but you’ll have to have a water cover for it for all the water activities or just leave it in the locker. I left mine back at the resort because I didn’t want to lose it.

At the end of the excursion you’ll be exhausted but totally worth it. There is minimal shade so I wouldn’t recommend this excursion if you have small children and because you are doing water activities the entire time. If you want to leave before the 530pm departure time (that’s when most hotels pick you up) then you will have to take a taxi back.

Overall, this is a great excursion!

This place is a hardcore tourist trap. There is not really no place to be alone. The dolphins were in a pond size enclosure that was divided up into sections. Their noses and fins were white because of all the people holding on to the fins and the dolphins using their noses to push you in the water. Also you can tell they aren’t happy there, they swam in circles and just sat by the fence next to their neighbors. We felt sad for them.
