We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Beautiful park with a river that meets the sea…
there are some fun by you have to pay…
Breakfast, lunch and drinks including alcohol are included… and if you snorkeling at the end, you can stay with the snorkel as a gift.
I really enjoyed and had great time with my family. The waterslide is amazing and has an astonishing view. It worth the money.

Vacations with family – June 17, 2022

We paid for our family to attend, quite a bit of money. When we bought our tickets at Sunwing your window in Iberostar we showed our passports to validate ages.

When we got on bus to XelHa the rude tour guide insisted our daughter was to old and we had to pay more. They would not let us into the park until we paid double for our kids. Nobody told us we had to bring passports on the bus or to XelHa. We wouldn’t have anyway because they have no where to store the passports.

Do not recommend! Find another excursion from family unless you want to pay double!

Pleasant stay – June 17, 2022

This park is not an all inclusive park. Out of around 26 activities 11 of them are for an extra charge. The snorkeling was great, the food and drinks were good.

Seven us visited Xel Ha today for the first time and it was one of the best excursions I’ve ever tried. It was $130 each but for that you receive unlimited food, drinks (including alcohol), towels, a locker and snorkel equipment. You don’t need any cash except to tip. We spent the whole day and there was always something new to try. Someone posted that they make you buy biodegradable sun tan lotion but that was never mentioned to us by anyone. The lazy river was great and you can snorkel while you go down. It’s best to have water shoes and I wore mine with the fins on my feet. The food was good and anytime you wanted a drink you could go to one of the stations, grab a cup and fill it with soda. The cenotes were a little disappointing because they are just ponds that you can look at. I would definitely do this again on my next trip to riviera maya.

Don’t get me wrong, the trip was fun. We were picked up at our hotel at 7:40 and dropped off about 12 hours later. The weather was nice and we looked forward to a fun day. What we discovered was that almost everything there besides the river was extra. Everything we wanted to do had an additional charge. We paid $250 for a float down the river and a pretty bad buffet. Just thought we’d have more options at that price. Also, being there from open to close was a bit much. Ran out of steam about an hour before it was time to leave.
