We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

My wife and I went to visit Xel-Ha today and we just had the best time. We saw the dolphins, the manatees, and the sting rays. There was so much to do there from the tower with the water slides, to the snorkeling, to the zip lines into the water. It was all very well done, park was safe, clean, and had great staff. We will definitely go again the next time we are in the area. Since admission includes food and drinks, this is an exceptional value.

Enjoyed this outing tremendously. Relaxing and refreshing. Good food included as well as tour transportation. It would be nice if they had a bit more of a beach to use but would definitely recommend.

I did this as a day tour from Playa Del Carmen with friends and it was BRILLIANT!! I was in awe at the beauty and all the awesome activities available ALL day! Whatever, whenever you wanted to do it, you could and all the while, only wearing your swimwear and if you want, your phone in a clear waterproof holder hanging around your neck for photos both above and below water! Food and drinks, both alcoholic and not, available all day and all you can eat! Suitable for all ages, fitness levels and swimming abilities. Can’t praise it enough as even with everything it offers, it’s also VERY environmentally conscious and responsible! LOVE LOVE LOVE! A MUST do if you are anywhere remotely near the area!!

We spent the morning at Tulum. The ruins were incredible. Our guide was of Mayan decent and is pride in his heritage was wonderful. We booked the Manatee attraction. It was amazing to be up close with this amazing animals. The park was busy, but it’s big enough to feel like you’re having your own adventure. The river was beautiful, the fishes amazed. All in all one of the most incredible experiences!!

Me and my boyfriend went to Xel Ha yesterday and I was really looking forward to going. We soon found out that all the activities were extra and already feeling rather stung paying $100 to get in we felt resentful paying more. We started off by having breakfast and there was a lot of variety which was nice.

The lazy river was good fun and so were the activities such as the zip wire and the activity course.

The snorkeling was OK but there wasn’t enough to do to fill up a whole day (unless you were happy paying for all the additional activities).

It was a pretty place but I would not go back or recommend anyone going.

Even the pictures were $54 and in the UK I would not even consider paying more than £10 for my own pictures.

We spoke to a few people about it and they said the parks are geared up for the American market who are use to paying those prices.
