We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Done a day trip from Riviera Maya, booked directly through their website which included return coach transfer from hotel. Takes about 1hr to get there. Definitely take an underwater camera. Had the manatee experience as well. Place is huge and never felt overcrowded. Facilities are great and plenty of places to eat and drink as it’s all inclusive, everyone helpful.

We spend a great time. We were since 9 am until 6 pm. And we still need time to enjoy the park for complete! Te “xelfish” was a fantastic idea. We have time to snorkel on the cenote and have some time with “Nikki” the dolphin! The food was really good, we only went to restaurant el pueblo and the mexican food restaurant. My husband and I really enjoy the couple massage.
The only thing that we will love to suggest is to be able to pay the extra activities fees with our bracelets too, we spend a little time coming back and forward to give tips or pay other activities that we were interested while we walk to them

I freaking love this place beautiful everything love love love … it’s a must see .. it’s a natural water park.. the food was great .. I could not believe how much I did when I visited.. swimming. Snorkeling. Zip lines. Bike riding. Eating & drinking lol .. one of the best

Beautiful natural park. Very clean facilities. Very well laid out. Many amenities. Food and drinks included. Nice new equipment. Wish we had more time to spend there. Would love to return.
