We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We loved Xel-Ha. We expecially loved that it is a natural lagoon. It had something for everyone. My kids loved the water slide (do it early in the day if possible because the line gets long later), the zip lines, cliff jumping and snorkeling. My husband and I also enjoyed these activities along with the relaxing ride down the river in a tube. We absolutely loved the picture stations all throughout the park. You just scan your bracelet, smile and it snaps your picture. There are action shots (ziplining, jumping from the cliff, etc.) and also stations placed near all the nice views. There is even a station that looks down at you from above while you are swimming in the cenote. It’s awesome! The picture package is spendy ($120 for 5 of us) but it’s unlimited pictures. We left with almost 240 pics. We feel it was worth it.
The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because they charge extra for certain activities (dolphin swim, speed boat ride, scuba adventure and more). It was frustrating since we’d paid for an “all-inclusive day”. At least the food and drinks were included.

Xel-Ha was well worth the time and money. Beautiful river for snorkeling and lazy river/inner tubing. The food was excellent. The liquor was not top shelf but all you can drink. There are lots of add on experiences for extra money, but there is enough that’s included in the price to have a great day. I did not particularly care for them pushing that tips should be given to the bus drivers… for the price of the ticket and extra for transportation, I feel the drives should be getting paid a decent amount without playing the feed about ‘remember to tip your driver’

We went with our family and had an amazing trip. Trust the other reviewers when they say the floaties down the river are super slow and you need to paddle yourself. On the ziplines into the water my husband lost his phone. Thanks to a great staff member Alejandro Ku Baez who spent almost and hour swimming in the area and diving found his phone inside a rock. He would not give up. We couldn’t believe how determined he was to help us. All of the other staff was gracious and so nice. The kids play area was really fun for the littles, but do be careful around the teeter toters as they very heavy. The snorkeling was great, and you get a little souvenir to take home. Having the all inclusive was perfect and if you have small Americans food loving kids, they do cater to all. We do recommend doing the photo pass and they have spots everywhere and all along the water. Don’t forget your reef friendly sunscreen and bug repellent.

First time in this park and what an
Awesome place! All inclusive is great and there are a lot of things to do that are included in price of ticket. There also some great extra things too. We did the Zip Bike and it was amazing and totally worth it! Hubby actually liked it. Very pleased with this place.

Xelha is our favorite place to go Snorkeling! Many activities for all ages!! Food is amazing, tropical birds, dolphins, Manatees. This trip we followed 3 large Groupers that were 3 foot around or larger! Beautiful fish!
