We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We love to snorkel and have had a variety of experiences both good and bad. Xel-Ha is one of the best snorkeling experiences we have enjoyed. You can do it at your own leisure and the aquatic life is plentiful. If you enjoy a faster pace there’s a huge water slide, zip lines, cliff diving, snuba, scuba, air bicycle, among other things to do. This time we chose relaxing and snorkeling only which went well. For meals we chose xula vista restaurant which was very good with the best mole poblano I’ve had in all of our Mexico trips. This park is a great place to bring family with many activities and not a lot of pressure. Swim with dolphins is also available here.

This is an absolutely can’t go wrong place. You can do as much or as little as you want. We swam with the dolphins, snorkeled, and did the lazy river twice. Three restaurants, huge selection of food, a big bar, and more. All included. Plenty of lockers spread out through out the park and they give you a key. All your equipment is checked out via a scanner on your armband, so it goes fast.
SUNSCREEN. Xel Ha is very eco friendly. You can buy what you think is bio degradable but it might not meet their standards. Go to there web site to see the brand and order it on amazon or something. It will save you time. You can buy it there also and it’s not crazy priced. SHOES. Water shoes are something else we would really recommend. Makes the day soo much easier. If you don’t have them, they have a large selection in their gift shops and they don’t rip you off on them. Good prices.
Other than that, stay as long as you can and bring something waterproof for pictures because it is absolutely amazing.

An awesome activity for the family. I wouldn’t go there with kids under 7-8 and you need to be comfortable in water. Great activities, good food and lots to do (even without the extra activities, not worth it in my book). You really need a full day so If you can use a cab or the collectivo, it’s probably better so you can be on your own schedule. Great spot!

We spent the entire day here and it was a wonderful experience. The eco-park itself is absolutely gorgeous! Lots of things to do and explore. We started by walking up to the lazy river starting point and enjoyed many beautiful sights and stops along the way, including the dolphins, manatee encounter, some beautiful parrots, ancient Mayan bath chambers, and more. Once we got in the water it was a wonderful way to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature all around. We did the zip line and spent hours snorkelling all over. We grabbed a snack and some beverages at one of the restaurants and continued to explore the land areas from the opposite side starting from the floating bridge.

Amazing park with so much to do. It was great that it was all inclusive so you truly didn’t have to worry about bringing cash. We spent most of the day snorkeling and saw fish throughout the day. The restaurants were great and had a wide selection of food and drink.

Literally everything is provided so all you don’t need to bring anything if you don’t want to. We did the Sea trek experience (sting rays and fish) and was worth the extra costs if you haven’t done it before. Just go!
