We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This is my third time on this park and it is still good. You need at least a full day for perform all the free activities on the park. The dream activities are not included and if you want to do any additional activity, you wont have enough time to visit the full park.

We really enjoyed the many activities around this park, we only spent half day here and we still managed to visit all activities and have lunch. Like Xcaret (see separate review) you can use the barcode on your entry bracelets to take pictures around the park, and they offer a convenient service for your bags and belonging up the river so you do not need to worry about anything while you enjoy the river. You can cycle up to the river start, or take a trolley. The slide was a lot of fun, but even better offered and amazing view of the entire site and beyond. You can choose to snorkel or use inflatables down the river, either way I suggest taking fins to propel yourself. Food and drinks were included and plenty of choice.

Lots to do and see. Fun activities.
Crowded at times, sometimes becomes unpleasantly crowded.
Photo purchase options are a money-trap.
Several staff refusing to give towels (“only after you get wet”) when requested was an awkward interaction.

Did the dolphin activity – lots of fun, but photo options money-trap is a total rip-off, even when they lower your price (hundreds of us dollars, feels like extortion, as you’re not allowed to bring your camera); I’d suggest asking someone on the side to take photos for you.
