We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Queen of FOMO – June 17, 2022

Amazing park, very organized, no lines to wait in (and this was considered high season). The food at the restaurants was amazing and the staff was great. The site was very clean. We came with a stroller and lots of bags and it was very easy to check in these items and grab them as needed throughout the day without hassle. We even had the grandmother with us and she lived the lazy river and snorkeling. The big water slide attraction was good for older children and adults, although my 5 years old loved it… I don’t know that I would recommend allowing that small of children on it. I would highly recommend the park to any young family. Great fun for everyone!!

We had our daughter and her 7 year old twins with us. Everyone enjoyed the day. We did the all inclusive and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and drink. Where things like swimming with dolphins cost extra, basics like snorkeling gear, towels and lockers did not.

We figured the 7 year olds would be done in after 3 or 4 hours. Six hours after we arrived, they were going strong. Zip lining, water slides, snorkeling and more had not done them in. We’ll go back next year.

The park is about a 90 minute ride from Cancun. Tulum is just another few minutes away. We’ve been several times and did not go again. If you haven’t gone, go.

We always pay extra for the excursion extras and it’s well worth it at this park !! There guides are Excellent Trained Professional’s who take Great Pride in their jobs!!! We LOVE this Park !!! and the Food is Great as well a lot to choose from … our Snuba Guide ERIC is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Highly trained Professional and well worth the money to do the Cenote cave dive !!! He’s Excellent Teacher & Guide … I wish we could have had him on other excursion’s at other parks! Sea Trek is another Awesome experience and those guys were very Good!! This was our second year returning to this park and it was Awesome Again!!

Extremely satisfied with the facility, major updates after visiting 10+ years ago, highly recommended. Staff was friendly and truly was all inclusive. Of course there are upgrades like the snuba, or dolphins but the general park is amazing.
Plan on spending the whole day exploring the very large area. Clean and well kept bathrooms and eating areas. The lazy river was perfect to explore while snorkeling or just floating on a raft. Zip lines were small but lines moved quickly.
We would put it on our list again.

I was there over 20 years ago with my kids soon after it first opened and loved it then. I definitely was not disappointed visiting again with my wife except we didn’t have enough time to truly enjoy the place because we were on a cruise shore excursion thus limited time.

The all inclusive buffet and booze only adds to the experience of enjoying the absolutely beautiful lagoon.

Don’t bring anything but a desire to enjoy eating, drinking and snorkeling. Everything you need but sun screen and your attire is provided.
