We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

I will never forget the moment spending in this park. This park is incredible. They have so many beautiful activities to do in this place. It’s all include, the food and the drink. The food is so good. The park bracelet can also use to take picture around the park you just have to pay $60 which it really good. Everywhere in the park have camera. You will have just scan your bracelet if you pay the $60. They give you a receipt with a code that you can download your own pictures. That’s really a great idea, you won’t regret if you buy it. They have additional activities to buy if you want to do more stuff but the park have so much free activities to do, I don’t think it’s necessary to buy it. The park is really huge, I wasn’t able to visit every attractions in it. I highly recommend to visit this place if you think to visit Cancun. You won’t regret.

Not keen on water theme parks but the wife is so we went. What a great day. The place is stunningly beautiful, the activities were great (swam with Manatees) and the food was brilliant.
Worth every penny.

Xel ha appeared to be the tame option of all the X parks considered.
However this was definitely the best park we attended. A beautiful area, wonderful waters and plenty to do on the day for everyone. The water slide was high and fast with amazing views. The river run was tranquil with opportunities to do small cliff jumps. The zip lines were great fun for the family. The cenotes were a great opportunity to explore.
The food here was very good. Would definitely return.

Our only complaint is that we did. It get to spend enough time at this gorgeous place. Make sure you bring some sort of water proof shoes to this place because your feet will not beat walking around here bare. They take your bag when you check in if you’re on a cruise and you can’t pick up until it’s time to go. Food is okay. It not great, cave swimming was amazing as were the shows. Must see shows and scuba diving adventures.

The park is a snorkeling paradise, for which the equipment (masks, flippers, life jackets) are provided without extra cost. There you can find all kids of fish swimming freely, and Stingrays as well. The waters are calm and the view is extraordinary. It feels much more natural than XCaret.
Meals and drinks are all-inclusive, and I found them quite satisfactory. Other attractions can be found at no charge as well, such as Mirador waterslide and Lazy River.

Be aware: Lots of other activities would apply additional charges, such as Snuba diving, Sea Walk, swimming with dolphins/stingrays, etc. They are quite expensive!!!
Personally, I believe some of these activities are not worth it, such as the sea walk: the water is so clear, that you can see pretty much the same things if you snorkel through the area.
The only reason why I don’t give Xel-Ha 5 starts is because of the places where dolphins and manatees are kept: I found the areas very small for their sizes, and they didn’t seem very happy there.

I recommend that you bring water-shoes, since you have to walk quite a bit through the park from one attraction to the other, and you don’t want to waste time going back to leave your flipflops in the lockers every time. If you want to take your own pictures for free, take your own waterproof case for your phone.
They also sell them (water-shoes and phone cases) there, but they are quite expensive.
