We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This is an expensive park at over $400US. The grounds are lush and it takes awhile to get a feel for the park. A lot of activities are additional cost which we decided not to bother with. The cenote experience is average compared to others we have been to. My teens enjoyed the huge water slide and the adventure area. We did snorkel and saw a few fish but it wasn’t anything like the great barrier reef!
For a day out it was good but wouldn’t need to go back. A solid 7.5 out of 10.

These guys are a well-oiled machine! The place was very clean despite thousands of people using the facility. Staff is over-the-top helpful. Their system if moving people and their belongings through the park is impressive.

We lost our car keys and a credit card (don’t ask) and they were able to locate both, coordinating between the people we reported the losses to with the people who found them and there people who could return them to us was amazingly efficient. They truly saved a day that could have been a disaster.

The park is great fun with lots of do and food was excellent!

You get given free use of snorkels throughout the days and the activities range from cliff jumps,rope swings, cave dives and snorkelling there is something for everyone. The pontoon is beautiful and could quite happily sun bathe all day if you don’t want to participate in the water activities.

Although I would advise not to participate with the dolphin ‘extras’ and these animals are visibly not happy and not kept in a nice home where they deserve!!

We booked online directly and booked a taxi from the hotel and in total the trip cost us 40% cheaper than going with TUI

Also the photos at the end of the trip are a rip off so take some along the way…

Went to Xel Ha with our 10 and 12 year olds…. amazing experience. Food was great, loved that towels were available whenever we needed them. The snorkelling was great, the zip lines were fun, my only complaint was the waterslide had salt water and burned my eyes, but no big deal! Would definitely go again. Worth every penny
