We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We had a great day snorkelling, I recommend beginning this activity first as the river fills up with tubers later in the day, which stirs up the river bottom and spooks the fish away. We found most of the fish on the edges of the river, and wherever they had a fish symbol on the map.

Bring Bio Sunscreen and remember that when snorkelling, your buttcheeks are exposed to the sun the whole time. Reapply throughout the day.

Anything else we were interested in was an additional cost, and the activities weren’t cheap. If we participated in the extras we wanted, it would have been another $200 each.

It’s neat how there are photo stations all over the park; you scan your wristband, look at the camera and smile. It’s cool, but it’s $60 per package for pics with 2 people and even more for more people. They have those plastic phone protectors on a lanyard for purchase, for $37 each. We bought one on our resort beach for $12. Purchase one of those off-site or bring a go-pro and take many more of your own pics. When we looked at our photo package just for kicks, there were only a few that turned out well.

It was a great day, but we definitely feel like we’ve been there, done that, due to the nickel and diming.

lots of activities. Plenty of food options and bars. Fun day snorkeling. Only complaint was amount of activities that cost extra and the price seemed pretty high for a few of them.

We started out snorkeling the river. Including cliff diving. We did Snuba. We did the slide. We swam with dolphins. Overall a great day for our family. I strongly recommend for anyone who likes to spend time in the water.

We visited Xel Ha on Saturday right in the middle of our 11 night stay in Riviera Maya.
We had the most amazing day, on arrival at the resort there is a rep there to talk you through the important stuff, we found this really helpful and made our day so easy! I would definitely recommend the waterproof phone case (I purchased at the resort for approx $35 USD but I am aware you can buy them much cheaper outside the park), I just wasn’t prepared! We also purchased the photo package, we took advantage of the 50% off as a TUI customer and it was WELL worth it. We came away with over 120 photos of unforgettable moments.
Yes there’s lots of extra cost activities, but we honestly didn’t feel the need to do any there is plenty to do and it most definitely filled our day!
I personally don’t agree with the captivity of dolphins for people’s entertainment but there is the option to do this there should you want to.
The place itself is breathtakingly beautiful, I visited 13 years ago and it’s more stunning than I ever remember.
There is plenty of marine life to see when snorkelling, the lighthouse slide is masses of fun but the zip lines are my personal favourite.
You can eat in the all inclusive restaurants easily in your swimwear as many times as you wish!
If you are in this area, it’s a must visit!
