We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Starting off, seeing the captive dolphins trying to escape their small filthy pens is terrible. Manatees the same later. Food is ok, waterslide alright (if you are willing to wait 20 mins). There are very few fish to see snorkeling , and the water is muddy, making visibility poor. As an aside, if you come here from Cancun, the trip is longer than all the excursions say. Took our bus well over 2 hours each way , not the 90 mins advertised.

Visited here as part of a cruise excursion. We needed more time! It was really good value for money and everything was great. Snorkels are available free of charge. The food was re6good quality and everything was included in the price.

We had low expectations after reading other reviews, such as “there are no fish left at Xelha”, but we had such a great day! There was plenty to do besides the snorkeling, but the snorkeling was fantastic! The water was clear and there were a lot of fish to see, as well as a very large ray. The staff was all extremely professional and friendly, the food and drinks were excellent. We have nothing negative to say about the park or our experience. One recommendation: arrive first thing when they open and go straight to the water slide tower to avoid the line.

Last I visited XEL HA was 15 years ago. It has changed lots and is big time fun The water slide is great although it is a bit wild at the end flying thru the air in the dark. Food is good drinks flow freely, staff are friendly. The lagoon gets a bit cloudy later in the afternoon. Most of the coral is gone but many fish are still there.
