We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Our family of 5 had such an amazing day at this park on Christmas. Our kids (17, 15, 12) were all entertained without any of the extra paid park activities that were offered. They loved the multiple spots to cliff jump and taking pics with the unlimited photo package was so fun. They treated the photo spots like a scavenger hunt throughout the park. The snorkeling area was amazing and the park is so well organized and clean. Good, big buffet, too. Would absolutely return.

Loved this place. It’s well set up and run really well. For me this is much more enjoyable then a typical water park where you spend most of the day in lines. At no point did it feel crowded. It was lovey to be surrounded by nature. We didn’t do any of the activities that costed extra and there was still heaps to do. The food was great. Would defiantly go again if in the area.

Spend the money and get the photo package. Use it all over, as much as possible. You can easlity spend the whole day there on just the regular pass and have so much fun. We added the sea trek and the zip bikes. Which were both awesome. Love the lighthouse slides,, the zip lines, and the snorkeling. All great.

Wonderful nature all around. It is great for families. We really enjoyed it. Just one comment from my side – tehre are some acitivities for extra fee, not included in the all-inclusive. I can understand it in case of some of them (like swimming with dolphins), but they could be a bit cheaper than they are…

Oh boy was I impressive with Xel-Ha! It’s clean, the food in the Mexican buffet was amazing, and the staff was friendly. If your thinking of spending a day at Xel-Ha, purchase the photography package, it is well worth it. My only regret is not staying in the park the full day.
