We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We travelled there from ocean riviera paradise and we had an amazing time. Our day was jam packed full of adventure! We would definitely go again with our little ones!

Perfect day! It’s absolutely beautiful! Snorkeling was fantastic! The food and drinks were great! The fish therapy is a must do! And the zip bikes! Spend the extra money and enjoy! It’s such a wonderful day! Bathing suit and sunscreen is all you need!

Visited xel-ha with my 17 year old daughter. We had a fun day snorkeling and exploring the river, and the food was good. There were lots of amazing fish to see. The highlights were the optional activities we purchased. Snuba and the zip bike. Both were unique activities I’ve never seen offered anywherelse. Snuba was fantastic…highly recommended. The zip bike was fun…took more effort than we realized to keep it going, but the views were unique and it was a less expensive, low key activity that added to our experience. The adrenalina looked fun, but we didnt do it. Next time I probably would. When booking through the xcaret website I did “live chat” and booked through a rep, and got a good discount. I pre booked before our trip which made it hassle.free, but probably would have found a slightly better deal by shopping around and booking locally. The tour kiosks have lower and lower prices for the same tours the further you get from the hotel zone.

We also did the xcaret 4 cenotes tour, on a different day. AMAZING. If we only did one thing on our trip, it would be this. 4 different types of cenotes, varied activities. Highly organized. We were well fed and well taken care of. So, so, fun!

First point- we had a wonderful time, the park is beautiful and had many fun things to do.

Before entering the park our group of 5 decided to purchase the “photo package” from one of the crew members that works off your wristbands. Thought that would be a great way to capture our day without having to carry phones around. We had great fun finding all the spots to take photos- all under the premise that we would have these great photos to look back on. Some even conquered fears and cliff jumped because we knew it would be documented later. They told us the photos would be ready within 24 hours. On our way out, we scanned one of our brackets and saw many wonderful photos and were excited to see the rest.

Unfortunately the code they gave us is not linking to all our photos. We are now 48 hours out and still only have a handful. The ones we saw onsite are missing, as are many many others. We have reached out to the company a couple of times and have not gotten any closer to obtaining photos we spent over $100 for.

It’s a great concept, but if it doesn’t work you shouldn’t charge that much for it.

I’m happy to update this review and express the many great things about the park if we could just get all our photos.

This place has an little bit of something for everyone! It is beautifully built and laid out and makes for a terrific day out. There are lots of food and drink options however they really shouldn’t close at 5 if the park is open until 6. There are so many things to do for everyone. Loved the play areas and scuba and hammocks and swimming with the dolphins and wildlife. The breakfast buffet is excellent. You could easily squeeze two days out of the park. We were 7 adults and 7 kids and had lots to do.
