We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We visited Xel-Há as a package that included swimming with dolphins for 45 minutes, snorkelling with dolphins for 10 mins and using a diving helmet (dolphin trek) with the dolphins for 15 mins. Really you didn’t need the snorkelling and dolphin trek as they were quite underwhelming compared to the swim with dolphins. My face hurt from smiling!

The rest of the park was beautiful, we enjoyed the lazy river and snorkelling with the colourful fish and the iguanas you saw dotted around. The fact it was all inclusive food and drink was a real plus.

Talking to our driver who guided us to the first activity, Xel-Ha is a great place to work and the staff are treated very well (including free food and transport) which you see shine through when they interact with you.

A thoroughly enjoyable day, we just wish the snorkelling and trek was interchangeable with the stingrays when you have done the dolphin swim.

Going to Xel-ha was a last minute decision at the tail end of our vacation but we’re so glad we added it on. The park is a brilliant way of incorporating man made features in order to best utilize the amazing nature and have fun with it. Cliff jumping and zip lining into the river were exhilarating and made me feel like a kid again- so glad I faced my fear of heights and took the plunge (although the lighthouse water slide seemed to high and intimidating for me). It’s the kind of place you can do in a half a day if you don’t have the time or take it leisurely and spend the entire day without getting bored.

This place is really great! Lots to do but make sure you are ready to walk alot! Bring comfortable shoes. The all inclusive does not really mean all inclusive. It includes admission, transportation & food. All the fun stuff is extra! Make sure to check out all of the extra options once you arrive at the park. We missed out on alot because we didnt know of all of the extra things to do until closer to the end of the day. The extra options close at 4pm but the park stays opened until 6pm. So plan your day and extras as soon as you get there!

This water park is amazing. Snorkeling was my favorite. One thing they should elaborate on is they don’t give you a complete snorkeling kit. You have to return the goggles. You only get to keep the mouth piece. Other than that, it is a great waterpark.

Lots of activities for all ages. Has our 3 year old granddaughter with us and she loved jumping in the water, riding the river (and swimming in it).
Food was very good and all inclusive.
We had a great day.
