We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

SUPER FUN! We visited the park on 02/12/2020 and highly recommend it! All you can eat and drink and cheaper than Xcaret Park! Bring your own water shoes though! We didn’t and ended up buying some from the gift shop. They have lots of lockers to store all your dry clothes and bags. The food is good. Beer is great! But the park fills up around lunch time so get there early!

Recommendation: Once you get there, ride a bike to the back of the park where you start the river float. You can “pull off” to the side during the float to partake in all the attractions

This is the second time we have been to Xel Ha. This time with out kids and it did not disappoint. We were picked up one resort away from ours at 7:15am. This made me a bit nervous until we got here and saw it was a 3 min walk. Arrived at the park just after 9am and went to have Breakfast. All food was amazing. We have three restaurants to choose from. We liked the international and grill the best. There was an authentic Mexican restaurant as well but we didn’t eat there. All food and drinks are included in gate price. We loved the lazy river where you can tube or snorkel. We found that if your going to snorkel it’s best to do it earlier on in the day as we tried around 4pm and didn’t see much but at 10:30 when we went down the first time we saw all kinds of marine life. The transfer back to our hotel was very easy and they use a good system of wristbands and checks to get you on the right bus. Highly recommend mended if you have a family vacation or just want to relax with friends or your spouse.

First, the concept is a great one. I do compare it to a more natural type Disneyland.
It’s clean, there are a lot of different things to do, but it just isn’t my favorite thing.

If my kids were with me, I would have enjoyed it more for their sake. But I was alone. Not really a solo travelers destination, in my opinion…
But I would say the younger the kids are, the better.

The price point was perfect (especially in comparison to Xcaret). All food and drink were included… but because I was a bit bored with the park after a few hours the free drinks eventually took over… lmao!!! But true!

I didn’t enjoy the snorkeling, which is the main attraction… but having snorkeled in beautiful coral all around the world… this is rather dull in comparison… but for kids or beginners it may be rather enjoyable and a safe first beginning step.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t swim without a life jacket. However i understand why the rule is in place.

I did enjoy just walking and exploring around all the corners of the park… but within two hours I was finished with any sort of attractions and moved on to the open bar.

To some this could be a dream, to others it could just be okay. I would be inclined to go back under the right circumstances…

This was on the top of our list to do and really enjoyed our day. My only complaint would be that they allow smoking on the property! They pride themselves on being eco friendly and it is very family oriented; therefore it should be Smoke Free!! A really high kudo for such a nice clean well kept park, bathrooms and shower areas!

This was an amazing day in this natural sanctuary. There is a lot to experience in the park, from the dolphins and manatees, to zip lines, biking, tubing and the amazing snorkeling opportunities.
If you love the water, this is a must-do adventure.
