We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Family of 5 had a great visit, we did not do any of the extras, but did get the photo package. We are glad we did. The restaurants inside were good and accommodating. The walk up to the lazy river is long, but lots to see, birds were great and manatees were amazing, we probably would have done some of the extras, but really could not atone the cost. One activity was the same cost of all of our cost to enter the park. Was confused on how to even get in, I think we made a wrong turn, but we made it in. my son had a minor set back with starting the day with a migraine, but some tylenol and a nap in a shaded hammock and he was good to go. Unfortunately we did not get some of the pictures just because it has to be timed just right. The kids loved the slide to high for me. All in al good day

This was our Second visit. This time with children. Wonderful. We took our children (1 and 3 yrs) on the lazy river. Children’s playground. Such a wonderful place. Even the snorkelling. Beautiful

Totally recommend taking time out of your holiday to spend the day here. We did it as part of an organised trip. They tried to sell you everything that costs extra, as well as the picture package. That’s their job…. I suggest you do your research in advance on what you want to do, and take a waterproof camera and you will be sorted. We took our own snorkels, but the equipment at the park seemed ok. The main event for us was the snorkelling we took our time on this and went to some less busy spots and saw loads of fish and a ray. i suggest taking the bikes up to the lazy river, We really enjoyed riding through the jungle. We did the zip wires and the cliff jumps. Water shoes are helpful here but not essential. Food was tasty. And changing rooms etc all clean. All in all a great day.

This place is so big and amazing that we could have spent 2 days exploring it. It is exhausting but worth it. Pace yourself and only buy extras if you have the time and energy to do them.
