We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We LOVED our day trip to Xel-Ha Hidden Wonder by Xcaret. Everything is well-thought-out, from getting pictures of the day to using eco-friendly sunscreen. The grounds are gorgeous, the staff is friendly and helpful. The buffets for breakfast and lunch were excellent. We floated on the lazy river, snorkeled, took a few zip lines, and a couple runs down the lighthouse water slide. What a day! We were exhausted and fulfilled.

Such an awesomely beautiful place to visit and enjoy for the day. We booked at our hotel and through Amstar. It was truly amazing!! Walking around and seeing everything takes all day, and the lazy river is a sight to see! They provide you with everything you need including a locker at no additional fee. They require biodegradable sunscreen and have it there for purchase. The fish were amazing to watch. And don’t miss going across the floating bridge and looking for the cenotes!! I can’t say enough good thing about this place. Very well kept and clean.

Lovely park, clean, lovely pathways, lots of activities, good food. We did the Sea Trek and the lazy river float. Had a great 10 minute storm while we were there. Enjoyed time on the hammocks. Wish we had more time.

If you are going to put one trip on your holiday itinerary make it Xelha! This place is like a piece of paradise…. extremely well run, really good value for money and above all – beautiful! We have never swum with so many fish in our life…. the mangroves, cenotes, zip lines, wildlife and the all inclusive price all make for an extremely brilliant day in fantastic, natural surroundings. We didn’t want the day to end.
