We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We had a great time here! Short drive from DT Tulum, got there at open and unfortunately had to wait in a ~10min line to have our online tickets received for our wristbands. Easily spent the entire day there.

We opted for the photo package, which allows you to scan your wristband at each of the photo sites. Highly recommended as the quality and scenery of the shots was great – way better than anything you’d get with a selfie.

Several restaurant buffets around the park. All were pretty good with a pretty wide variety of options. All you can drink as well.

We tried out the “lazy river” which was pretty scenic through the mangroves, but really too slow and crowded where you were just bumping up into people. Later tried the snorkel option which was good, but really murky at times. It was until we got out into the open “bay” area that we started to see some cool fish.

Definitely give the water slide a try – super fun and the view from the top is great.

The one sad thing about this place is the dolphin captivity. Bad enough that they’re locked up, but some of the enclosures are just way too small.

We purchased the all inclusive all day trip to Xel-Ha Park. This is a very fun place to go with lots of lockers (free) for all your stuff, free snorkel equipment (we however did bring our own), life jackets (free) and free towels. The light house water slide was very fun, what a rush. The snorkeling was beautiful and lots of cool fish to see. There is a “train” to take you to the lazy river. We walked, much prettier and more to see. Nice animals to see also. The lazy river was fun and the ropes course. If you are short you can’t do a small portion of it, but you can still do the 3 course “zip line”. It was a lot of fun. There were some spots you had to pay to do swim with the dolphins, sting ray, bike zip line, the “boat ride”, sting rays. You could see all of it though from the land very well if you didn’t want to pay and actually do it. They had free buffet all day also. Very nicely ran.

We did an all inclusive package for the day and had a good time. The lazy river is fantastic, however the first time we went to it (around 11am) it was very very crowded. We went back around 3pm to an empty and much more enjoyable experience. The experience swimming with the dolphins was worth it and definitely our favourite part. The waterslide was a bit intense for me but I’m sure more adrenaline junkies would love it! Throughout the day we walked a lot to fully enjoy the park, but there are also many areas to relax in hammocks and beach chairs.

The staff were friendly and the food and drink were good for the price, it was definitely a fun day!

This was an add on to our trip and so glad we did it. The grounds are beautiful, we saw so much snorkeling and spent a few hours out doing that so we didn’t get to experience the whole park. The food and drinks were good! We purchased the photo pack, there are cameras set up throughout the grounds to snap amazing pictures of yourself and/or family. We also did the dolphin trek which at first wasn’t so sure I wanted to but you can see how much the staff/trainers care about the dolphins and the bond shared. Unlike another place we were the dolphins weren’t all running 8 different groups at the same time, they were given not only treats but physical touch and loved every time they were back with the trainer it was an amazing experience!!

Third visit to the park, but with a new couple! Fun all over again. My husband loves water, I’m not a fan but I like walking. The trails are amazing. I was disappointed that the underwater ship was gone so there was no way to see any marine life if you didn’t go in the water. I really enjoyed that prior. The new Lighthouse attraction was awesome! Really wish there were less $ required non-water activities (like the canopy bikes) for non-swimming/water members of groups. Overall a great time!
