We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

we done the river with snorkeling, the cliff jump, the water ropes, the cenote swimming and the floating bridge. this is just amazing in general. the buffet food is soooo good too ! deff recommend. The water is fresh but not cold, my one year old done the whole river without shivering one time in the water. They are special about the sun screen which im ok with since its for the environment.

Super fun with lots of activities for the whole family. You will be there from early morning to 6pm and it is still not enough time to do everything. Free WiFi. Food and drinks are included. The buffet food is great.

Xel-ha is a water adventurer park with something for everyone. Take the quick tram, or bike to the base of the river and inter tube through the mangrove into the inlet. Stop along the way for cliff jumping. Zip lines, ropes course. Snorkel in the cove, dolphin, ray and manatee encounters, huge lighttower water slide, beautiful cenotes.

While we enjoyed our time at the park the experience was spoilt when we walked past the dolphin area on our way out.
The dolphins are in very small pools and, because it was a time when there was no show or activity going on, they were just at the sides of the pools with their beaks on the edge looking very forlorn, not swimming, playing, moving at all just still and sad looking. I wish I had taken video as it is hard to describe but it didn’t seem right at all.
I had not paid extra for the dolphin experience as I would like to see them in the sea and not cooped up in a concrete pool but I could not avoid seeing them when we passed and it is for this reason that I would not go back to xel ha.
Just another point I have to make is that the lazy river inflatables are extremely uncomfortable and it was not the relaxing float down the river that I was expecting 😏

This is a great place to enjoy all the marine life if like me you aren’t so comfortable being out in deep water or the sea.
Masks, snorkels and towels are provided and food/drink is included all day.
There are many things to see here in the water but it also has some great play areas for kids and walking trails through ‘forests’.
The disappointing part for us was the captive dolphins which looked miserable. It seems a shame that a place with so much natural wildlife would need to hold dolphins in small holding areas and that people would even want to have this ‘experience’
