We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

If only there were somewhere in the US like Xel-Ha! From snorkeling with amazing tropical fish to tubing through a mangrove jungle to unlimited pina coladas – this place is amazing. Plus unlimited food – with a variety that will make your head spin. Check out their deals to buy before you fly – we got our tickets for $80 buying in advance with a MasterCard well below day of prices. Staying in Playa del Carmen it was just a short 30 min drive in our rental car. We would definitely go back.

Our family of six (kids ages 17-25) spent a day at Xel Ha. We took someone else’s advice and arrived at 9am then walked to the buffet for breakfast. We then rode bikes to the beginning of the lazy river. I personally didn’t do well with the trees in the middle of the path we rode bikes on. I also don’t love riding a bike, so there’s that. Anyways, the rest of the family loved it. The lazy river is so nice and natural. We stopped along the way and swam and jumped off the cliff of courage. The zip lines over the water are really fun, even for me (Mom) who isn’t crazy about heights. It was the perfect amount of adventure. The food and service was wonderful every where we went.

My friend from the UK and I had reservations for Xelha during Easter week. Due to the travel restrictions in place because of coronavirus, she would no longer have been able to get to Mexico. We canceled every part of our trip and were able to get full refunds everywhere as part of coronavirus refund policies. Xelha, however, refused to refund the money without charging first a £25 cancellation fee. This in spite of the fact that a week later they announced the closure of all their parks due to coronavirus. While I have previously left good reviews for the park, I’m very disappointed in their completely lacking customer service in the face of global travel restrictions and closures.

Xel-Ha is amazing! Water is crystal clear, you can see everything under water when you snorkel. Hard to take pictures unless you have a water camera or water proof case for your cell phone. They have a picture taking process too. Pictures are exactly like what it looks like, just beautiful. Food was ok, like any theme park. I would definitely visit this place if you have a chance – it is very unique, nothing else like it anywhere.
Tulum is a nice guided tour of the ruins, a great prelude to Xel-Ha! Tulum was very hot, so be prepared for that. Made Xel-Ha all the more refreshing.

We booked this family trip and it was the best decision we made. The park is beautiful and the service is amazing. I have never seen a waterpark like this before. It exceeded all of our expectations!
