We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

There is so much do do there. I really enjoyed the snorkeling, the cenote and the restaurants there. Spent 3+ hrs snorkeling in their giant lagoon. So many areas to explore, so many fish and saw a big stingray. Food was great and safe for travelers. I also had some drinks with ice without issue. The lazy river tubes aren’t great for bigger people. I’m 6’3 and 240 and I constantly feel like I’m about to fall out of the regular tubes. Try a double tube is you are larger. Can’t wait to go again!

We had a great time at Xel Ha the food was delicious and there was enough to do to stay busy without paying for extra attractions. Your $100US admission includes food, drink, Raft, snorkel, mask, fins, bike, obstical course, and water slide. There are so many more activities there with employees trying to get you to pay more to participate. The park is fun but really kind of feels like a major money grab! This is almost disneyland pricing but at disneyland all attractions are included. Here… everything is an extra $100us. Makes forms very expensive day if you let it… also the dolphin pools are SOOOOO small it is depressing to see them in those pools. They should release them and stop with that offering. It’s very sad!

You could easily spend a whole day here, even two! There is so much to do and it is one of my favorite experiences! The waterslide is awesome and so tall. Don’t be scared though, it isn’t straight down and you won’t fly off. I rode it 4 times and every single time it was awesome. I also loved the cliff jumping and the lazy river. But probably the best activity is the zip-lines and the water obstacle course. They are so much fun and I had a great time. The food is really good if you don’t go to the cheap place and the service is nice and easy. It doesn’t matter if you don’t speak the language, you can still communicate well and it isn’t that confusing. There is so much to do and it is definitely a must do. If you are in the area I highly recommend it!

We were delightfully surprised. We did the bike zip line, snorkeled the entire river while others were floating on inner tubes . We saw some big fish. We had both a full breakfast & lunch plus the food was really good. They provide towels, a security locker, and snorkeling equipment. What was really nice you can snorkel at one end of the Park, turn in your equipment, then get snorkeling equipment at the other end of the park where you can snorkel down the river without having to carry that equipment around the park. In addition, if you have any personal items you don’t want to have with you or don’t want to get wet when you go down the river, they have a security bag you can use at the top of the river. The bag will be there when you get out at the end of the river! This is one of the best adventures in Playa. We highly recommend it for everyone and especially families!

It’s a water park with nature mixed in. The price is all inclusive so after doing the lazy river you can grab food and drinks and not worry about the cost. Highly recommend.
