We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This park is extremely beautiful and fun. My concern is safety.

1. I personally skinned the top of my head on the zipline. The staff need training on making sure either our hands are extended at takeoff (especially for tall people) OR require helmets.
2. I saw a guy at bottom of waterslide gasping for air for far too long before finally being helped. Staff need to be trained to immediately help those who are struggling.

I wasn’t going to write this review. I actually sent a message to customer support describing what happened to me and stating that I wanted to prevent future injury to others. I specifically stated that I was not asking for any compensation, etc. as that is not important to me. The response was polite and simply stated that they are committed to safety and will share my feedback.

No one asked if I was okay, if I required medical care, or any sort of apology. There was no follow up.

Again, this park and all parks at Xcaret are absolutely amazing. It is the vacation of a lifetime and not to be missed! However, they need to tweak their safety protocols and staff training.

Our family enjoyed our time here! There’s so much to do and see!

We have 3 children and there’s something for everyone. We loved the new addition of the giant waterslide.

The food was actually better here than at our resort! Lines weren’t that bad and the service was great.

We’ll definitely visit again on our next trip to Mexico!

So much fun all in one park! Amazing rivers swimming takes you all the way to where it meets the ocean. Lots of activities to keep you busy-great snorkeling. The water slide is so much fun and the restaurants were very good as always xcaret food is the best! Fun floating bridge takes you to some hidden cenotes to explore. All in all it was well worth the money for an action day.

This place IS THE BEST. I went there once in a school trip when I was a teen and never forgot it. This year I got to go as a newly wed with my husband and it did not disappoint.

The food is AMAZING, which we were not expecting. It’s included in the cost of the day pass, and the Mexican buffet was outstanding Mexican food… and my husband is Mexican.

We got the pass for the photos and had fun running around and taking all of the pictures around the grounds. I was very surprised by the image quality of these photos. Really great resolution and color, we looked good.

We snorkeled, it was nice but could use more colourful fish and reefs.

Snubs, this was a fun way to get a taste of scuba without going all out. We went deep enough to feel exciting and be a little challenging without going too crazy. It’s worth doing it once.

Manatee feeding, they are finicky creatures so I wasn’t sure how this would be, but I did get a chance to feel it’s mouth and pet it’s side. It was hard to swim with them… they have to feel comfortable and come to you so that’s a hit or miss. Again it’s worth doing once.

Zip line, do them all, the line is never long, you can’t hurt yourself. It’s a blast.

We can’t wait to go back and try the other xel parks.

This place was amazing! It was definitely more than we were expecting. We had concerns that the day would be long, as we got there at 8:30 and weren’t leaving until 5:30pm, but we found that we barely had enough time to do everything they had there! The views were amazing. The water was so clear and was an awesome place to swim.

The food was delicious and they took every step needed to protect everyone from COVID. The buffets are still there but they serve you the food from the buffet.

This excursion is SO worth it! For the money we paid, we definitely got our money’s worth and we didn’t even do any of the premium things they have there. Would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of going.
