We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We had a group of 10, including 3 toddlers. We all did the float through the lagoon and some did the cliff jump, everybody loved it. The begining of the float was a little congested, but once past the cliff jump clears out. I took the children to the kids area where they had a blast on smaller slides and a pool and a course through the jungle. The rest of the group did the huge water slide and floated through the cave. We did not do any of the additional attractions like the dolphin swim or snorkeling with helmuts on. All food and drinks were included. We spent the entire day there. Park is very neat and clean, staff is very attentive in restraunts. Over all a wonderful experience. Everyone was exhausted. Was definately worth the visit .

On this vacation we took very few tours to avoid big crowds. This place was packed!! They also had alot of activities to do. I just didnt expect it to be as full as it was and restaurants were fully packed with lines to just to get in. Im not to sure how i felt about this place, definetly not what i expected

Adrelina well worth the extra money and water slide was alot of fun. The park was monitored closely with Covid restrictions and done well. A little more of a hassle with the restaurant but understood with the current restrictions. Disinfecting of the life jackets hanging in areas of the parks we’re done on a regular basis, that I observed. Locker rooms and restrooms were incredibly clean.

I’m saving most of my displeasure for this excursion for the company that encouraged me to book because my unfortunate experience is mostly on them. While the park is beautiful, I don’t recommend it for people who are unable to swim or any tourists who are staying at an all inclusive resort. At the time my husband and I went, last week, the cost of admission was $89.99 USD (we paid more because of a bundle with our tour company) and includes basic water activities (lazy river, cliff jumping, snorkeling, all you and eat and drink, and maybe a couple of other basic things. All of the activities most would want to do (zip bike, swimming with dolphins, sting ray interaction, fish therapy, scuba, etc, etc) are priced individually and cost between $15 and $120 USD. That’s A LOT of money to spend. If we wanted to float around in a lazy river and have all you can eat and drink, we could have saved money and done all of that at our resort.
