We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This place is absolutely amazing and gorgeous to see! Definitely recommend visiting. The food was delicious. Covid-19 measures taken throughout the park. The views are like a dream!

This natural park is amazing. Even though Hurricane Zeta hit on Monday, our visit on Wednesday was still enjoyable. The only disappointment were the closed restaurants, but they did have a Mexican restaurant, and the international buffet open. The lines at the bars were disappointing as well, but I believe due to Covid and short staffing, all bars were not open as well. The activities were still exciting such as cliff diving, floating the river, snorkeling, and the best was the Lighthouse slides. Fun little surprises are to be found throughout the park. One example is seeing the stingrays close to the floating bridge. I won’t spoil the rest, but look for them while at the park.

We researched several parks and excursions in the area and chose Xel – Ha because it seemed to have such a natural setting. The experience was awesome. We stayed about 2.5 hrs away from the property and we used the transportation. To get to the park. That was great and easy way to go.

We did not do any if the extras and stayed busy all day. We lived snorkeling. We snorkled all day! The park was clean and it was nice that they gave complementary snorkels. At the end of the day they had towels to use to shower.

Safety for covid was followed.

Favorite was the snorkeling! Take a gopro!!

We will visit again!

The park was beautiful and liliana was very informative and friendly on the drive to xel-ha. All
Inclusive meals and drinks which my partner enjoyed. We did the dolphin excursion and couples massage which came out to about $200 usd in total did two people
