We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Great experience and worth admission. The staff does an excellent job with sanitation during this pandemic. Food is ok. The sno5is fantastic, and the tube through the mangroves is so wonderful.

My wife and family visited here in June. Our tour guide Raul, the we very helpful in answering questions at Tulum and advice at Xel-Ha. I’d highly recommend requesting to be with Raul if you book a trip to Tulum and Xel-Ha

We had a great time at this park. We paid for 4 extra activities including the Adrenaline boat ride( very awesome), but we also paid for the scuba cenote (we couldn’t do it cause the instructors training were not very good at teaching). I don’t recommend the scuba cenote if you don’t have scuba experience. But the food was great, the free lockers are great and the pictures were great.

The waterslide was AWESOME! The view from the top of the lighthouse was totally amazing. The zip line and activities section was also a hit. Definitely a workout though! Snorkeling was amazing as well with SO much area to explore. The travel to and from the park from our hotel was very well organized and we had zero issues. Prepare to do a bit of walking when you are there but the views are great and there are so many things to do around the park. They don’t offer much instruction but the workers were helpful. The food was decent, breakfast was the best, and all you want for the drinks was great. There are a bunch of “extra charge” activities that we didn’t do but we did not lack for things to do and explore.
