We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

I come here regularly bc I am a member of the Hotel but the customer service at xelha is nothing compared to the hotel. The workers will quote you a different price for activities every time you come and the swimming w dolphins pictures are a scam. They quoted us $60 for ALL 60 pictures including pics of the ppl in the group that weren’t with you or $10 PER digital pic this last time when a few months ago they only charged me $40 for a printed pic along w 5 digital ones. The prices are so all over the map that it makes me think they are trying to scheme or scam those who will pay more. When you bring it up they dismiss you like they don’t know what you’re talking about or that it’s no big deal. I hurt myself on the slide one visit to the point I was flipped over and knocked out on the slide and despite there being PICTURES the manager tried to tell me it didn’t happen bc there was no incident report so it must have not been bad and tried to downplay it! You can tell that they are NOT worried about customer service and it makes me wonder if something really bad ever happened if they would even take responsibility considering how dangerous a lot of their activities are.

Santiago and Herman were our guides for the Mayan Ruins/Tulum tour and they were incredible! Very fun, extremely knowledgeable and informative, had a bunch of great/interesting information. Highly recommend.

At Xel-Ha,the entire park was incredible, definite highlight of the trip! We also did the cenote scuba tour with Emmanuel and Olsmo who were incredible. My husband was a little nervous, not really a water guy and they were really helpful, comforting and gave him some attention during the excursion to check in and make sure everything was alright. Incredible experience! HIGHLY recommend

I am here today 06/03/21 and this was a massive con. Nothing like the pictures or videos. This place is run down. Obviously not had any money spent on it for a while. All staff look fed up and all they do is try sell you extra attractions. They are blatantly desperate for money and is all they care about. They are spraying so much disinfectant everywhere that it’s become extremely uncomfortable. It’s too much. You DO NOT need to sanitise your hands and feet 20 time’s a day especially when your in the water most of the time! any doctor will tell you this becomes Poisonous and is NOT good for you at these levels. They expect you to wear a mask everywhere which is fine in these time’s but then MAKE YOU BUY Them. When your own gets wet when in the water they make you buy again and again. The dolphins are clearly sad and in a very small pool. I have seen dolphins before in Dubai and they are treated way better than here at Xelha. The lazy river is so lazy you don’t move. The “free” food is ok but don’t expect your hot food to be hot. Buffet style but not being replaced constantly means it’s often cold. Complete waste of money. AVOID THIS PLACE. It’s a shame it’s come to this. Very sad indeed. What should have been a lovely day has turned out to be stressful and sad.

Let’s start by saying this is not an all inclusive park. Yes your food is included but we paid $700 (usd) to get it, then another $370 for one cheap activity and the photo pass.
They failed to mention until we were inside we would have to wear a mask the entire day in the park outside unless in the water.
They were limiting capacity, and still couldn’t get a drink in the afternoon because the lines were so long, they don’t have bottled water and the “filtered” water tastes horrible.
The lines for food were also super long, how do they operate at full capacity and still serve people. I can say the food was really good.

Overall I wasn’t entirely impressed and wouldn’t go back.

We were looking for the best natural park in Cancun so we chose between Xel-Ha and Xcaret, we considered Xel-Ha a “more natural place” and it is. We stayed for about two and a half hours, the activity has transportation included, in fact, it is the best way to go. We avoided extras and focused enjoying the activities of the park. Our favorite by far, the snorkeling, we snorkeled the entire day!

Don’t forget to bring a good camera, you will get the best pictures for your family albums!

Absolutely recommendable!
