We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Horrible costumer service, don’t waste your money on a park that doesn’t care about you or your money. Worst experience in Cancun. Mcdonalds has better costumer service.

This would have easily been an excellent-level review if it weren’t for one thing — even though we were a group of 12 adults, the park would only give us TWO small lockers. Whether this was park policy or the actions of one disgruntled employee, we were not sure. But it did cause a heck of a lot of inconvenience and wasted time that day. The quality of the experience depends on you being able to easily store and retrieve items during your stay.
Too bad that this tainted our impression of this park with its excellent activities and food.

I visited this park about 15 years ago with my wife. We thought it would be fun to take our kids (age 12,13,15,16) because we remembered having such a great time here. The park was a lot more busy than when we went (even during covid times) and was run down in a lot of places. the snorkeling wasn’t near as good as it used to be around the reefs. The new slide was fun and some of the outdoor adventure areas were nice but the reason we came was to snorkel and it left a lot to be desired. I would not return to this park, you will get better value and fun going to Xplor (our favorite this trip) or Xenses (newer parks by xcaret)

Do you love crystal clear, turquoise water? Great food? Excellent service? Snorkeling? Zip Lines? Giant waterslides? Then this is the place for you! Absolutely, hands down, one of the best day trips I have EVER been on. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Has a wonderful time with my family at this park. The show at the end of the day was amazing! We swam through the tunnels in the cenote, relaxed by the beach, snorkeled with the fish, I would definitely recommend this park to friends and family.
