We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

It is our second time here which says a lot by itself as we usually like to try new places each time we go somewhere. We spent lovely day at the park which truly offers something for all ages and adventure desires. Staff is incredibly organized and all you do is just have fun while all logistics are taken care of

The park is awesome, offers many attractions, 1 day is not enough to do it all. The best one is Tower slides, Zip Bike, Star Trek, and Zip lines by the water. But there’s additional CHARGE to do most all of the attractions which are ridiculously so expensive and over priced, the buffet is so good!

AVOID THE SLIDES! It’s a death trap that should be taken down and dismantled immediately.

Look, the park is amazing, so I encourage you to go, just avoid the damn slides trust me.
I’ve been 5 times over the past 20 years (twice in the past 4 months).
So it’s not a stretch to say I love Xelha.

This time around I decided to take my daughter (12) along with my GF. I wanted to be a bit adventurous with my 12 year old so I took her to the slides.

The moment I went in it sucked me through, and I couldn’t control the speed at which it was launching me, I went so damn fast I started to slide towards the top side of the tube. I truly felt that I was going to fall off at some point.

Finally it got to the point the water was splashing so hard at my face I had to close my eyes to avoid being stung and hit in the face with water.

I started to feel nauseous and disoriented. Before I knew it there was a aggressive drop off where you literally get thrown off the slides and fall to another tube. I was extremely disoriented and scared shitless.

At the end you fall in a pool of water but for me I couldn’t tell where I was and when I did land in the pool of water I almost needed help getting out.

The ONLY reason I didn’t ask for help is because I didn’t want to scare or worry my daughter and Gf who were waiting for me and watching me.

I saw the look of concern in their faces so I played it off.

Immediately after I got out it took me 20 min to gather myself. I felt nauseous and sick.

This thing could’ve been deadly. And if you think for a second I’m just a weakling just know I’ve skydived, I have taken every high adrenaline risk I have been offered including currently dating a Latina.

I combed through the reviews after my experience and noticed a few other people posting similar experiences.

Don’t recommend. It’s a Mexican Disney Land without the happy faces. Stay at your resort and enjoy your ocean, if you can. The people handling the food and drinks start late and close early, they charge unnecessary exorbitant fees for the extra excursions, wont return again.
