We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Overall, we had a great day at Xel Ha. The shuttle from Cancun was on time and easy. Our favorite thing was the power snorkel. Highly recommend (this is an extra cost). We enjoyed the bike ride, floating on tubes and snorkeling. The food was not great, but that is to be expected for any all inclusive I think. Employees were kind and helpful. It’s a lovely park, very clean. A little over the top with covid precautions (not sure what is up with the “sanitizing” bottom of shoes). We would definitely go back. Also, we got the photo pass and had fun doing that all over the park. Great idea – I would recommend getting that, totally worth it to me.

Wonderfull place in the world, we are a polish family that lives in the states at the beginning it was a little bit not sure to travel to mexico to this park but it was agreat decission its so wonderfull and great i get in love with everything the animalshave a great wellfare they´re awseome. Thanks to all of you that make this place the best in the world

Our family had a great time. We spent the entire day there and wished we had more time. We dis the extra activity, Sea Trek, and that was totally cool and a definite highlight.

Left the park at closing leaving my husband’s wallet in locker like an idiot… called right away but park had closed customer service advised me to call first thing in the am as they do not check until then I called made a report gave locker numbers, no call back same day card used at all there stores… think they are an employee…sad

The park and grounds are beautiful. Staff was masked and required guests to use hand and shoe sanitizer prior to entering and guests were told they had to wear masks at all times when not in the water. The day we went the park was extremely crowded, despite warnings on their website that they were operating at reduced capacity. Long lines on the water slide and restaurants. Many visitors weren’t wearing masks when walking around and many weren’t socially distancing themselves. The river tube was packaged and there was no tracking of tubes if you got out to jump off the cliff – using someone else’s tube upon return. We brought our own snorkel gear, but it was nice to see visitors received a snorkel souvenir, so that these weren’t being shared. The lagoon was a bit cloudy, we followed the parks advice to go to the fish flags to experience the most fish. We found the fish in these areas phenomenal- however the areas were very crowded with other visitors. Overall, a good excursion, I just wished there were less people there and more enforcement of their safety policies.
