We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We went as a family of 5 and had a blast. We got the all inclusive and the buffet food was amazing but there wasn’t enough time in one day to do all the things. Definitely recommend to anyone going to the area.

We had an amazing time snorkeling in the lagune, we seen a lot of big sting rays which were the highlight of the trip. It’s just beautiful, the nature is stunning and the food is great. Didn’t see the time pass by.

Amazing experience! I can’t put into words how awesome my trip to Xel-Ha was! There was so much to do, we just didn’t have time to enjoy everything in one day. I’ve never been to an all natural “water park” before, and I hope to come back many times in my life. Everything from snorkeling in the crystal clear water abundant with sea life, to the all-inclusive food and drinks, bus drivers/transportation and park workers – every single thing at the park was outstanding! I did the snuba and sea-trek as optional activities and I will remember them both for the rest of my life. Harold, the snuba instructor was a “fish whisperer.” I was able to swim next to a couple of stingrays and countless fish. He explained it away, but I know he was actually communicating with a huge grouper! Jose with Sea-Trek did a great job preparing us for a great experience. Overall, I would recommend Xel-Ha to any and everyone, and I wholeheartedly thank them all for a life changing experience that I will never forget!

Anyone who enjoys the water and embarking on a fun adventure should check out Xel-ha! I spent my 25th birthday there and would do totally do it again! The all inclusive aspect is amazing – the food and drinks were delicious! I definitely recommend doing the Snuba activities if you’ve wanted to try scuba diving… so much fun!! Never in a million years thought it would be something that I enjoyed SO much. Also, I recommend bringing water shoes.. we were able to buy some there but bringing your own works too. We purchased the photo package and it was awesome at capturing memories since it was just me and my husband that went. We didn’t have to bother people with asking them to take our photos. Overall one of funnest things I’ve ever done! 10/10 recommend.

This was a beautiful and fun experience.
All inclusive food and drinks… and towels, snorkel gear, and life jackets are provided
You can look at caves and grottos, cliff jump, float the lazy river, snorkel, go down the slide, walk around and explore, and just relax and swim.. they have extra activities such as the fast boat, swim with dolphins etc.. and they were reasonably priced.. but we had plenty of cool things to do without paying extra for anything!
There is a sections of hammocks, comfy chairs spread out to relax near the water and in the shade.. so beautiful and relaxing..
there were a lot of people, But I never felt too crowded or had to wait much for anything.
I would fly to Mexico again just to go back there!
