We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Great day at Xel-Ha,

Great day to visit, food was great ,staff was awesome and courteous, very well laid out and very clean. My fourth time here at the park and never a disappointment a must see.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Xel-Ha. Love that meals and drinks are included in the price. The snorkeling was excellent with lots of fish and the highlight was seeing a sting ray. Relaxed in the lazy river through the mangroves. Jumped from the Cliff of Courage. Excellent views from the top of the water slide; though wish the slide went a bit faster. So much to do that we didn’t get to see it all. The photo package is worth it- just buy it in advance- almost double if purchase the day of. Truly a fun-filled day.

We took our adult children and this was our favorite! We snorkeled, did the zip lines, ate and drank a ton, did some swimming and just relaxed . It was awesome for the whole family!
