We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This place is amazing, an out of this world experience that exceeded me and my husband’s expectations. We would highly recommend as a must do when in this area. We booked this excursion through Amstar. The bus picked us up at the hotel at 7am and when they dropped us of they gave us a water bottle. The park is all inclusive so we had all food and drinks included. There are so many activities to do like floating down the lazy river, cliff jumping, zip lining, rope walking, snorkeling, there’s a (what looked to me) 13 story water slide where you can take pictures from above of the whole watet park, there’s cenotes, and there’s so much more! The water is crystal clear with a aqua blue greenish tone. The sand is white. The staff at the restaurant was especially extra kind and friendly. Shout out to Manuel at Xula Vista and Eliceo at Cocina del Pueblo. Eliceo took great care of us, brought us drinks, kept our waters filled and was super positive and engaging. We loved how clean the pace was and how well organized it is. We loved that the park is very eco friendly, nestled in some type of forest with lots of trees, plants, vegetation. They have macaw birds at the entrance that welcome you. Lots of colorful fish in the water. We saw a few iguanas on the ground. They’re also supposed to have stingrays and turtles but we didn’t see them this time. The bus picked us up at closing around 5:50p and brought us back to our hotel. Everything about Xel-Ha was amazing 🤩

This is an amazing water park and a “must do and see.” We go to XEL-HA every time we come to the Riviera Maya. Lots to do: float the river, snorkel, zip lines and cliff plunges. I have taught a four year older to snorkel here. All you can eat food and drinks available. Wonderful hammock park. This time we paid extra to SNUBA. It was wonderful. I can not recommend this park highly enough for all ages

If you like fun in the sun and water, this place is for you. Lots of people, expect crowds. We did cenotes and lazy river, it was a very fun experience. Dining is a madhouse everywhere, lines are very long. This place will take you an entire day, bring lots of sun screen!

Nightmare! The place is beautiful but the crowds make it unbearable. 15 minute line just to get sparkling water. Lines for food, lines lines lines!!! Without COVID protection from other guests that do not wear their masks when they are close to you and no one to say anything to them. Mexico is amazing and there are some great natural places but they have managed to overcrowd it for profit so it is no longer a pleasant experience. Look for tours somewhere else. Floating down the river with no place to move because if the other people is no longer a way to enjoy nature. Xel ha to be avoided unless the go to what they would consider 20% capacity
