We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Big storm all day long, they Don’t give the money back, terrible experience, don’t go there..food bad, we get on the park with a tour call Best Day, we leave the park 1 hour after because was thunder storm and was got rain all day, they promised the money back but they never give to uss.. I hope XCARET! Or the park contact us. Because $233 is nothing for them , but for us is a lot money..

Xel Ha was an amazing day trip for our family of four! We purchased the all inclusive package with transportation and the photo package at the park. TIP: purchase the photo package online prior to going and save yourself $20! There are cameras everywhere and you won’t have to worry about your phone getting wet, lost, or damaged.

The best part about Xel Ha Ha that everything is included! Food, drink (including beer & margaritas), towels, lockers, snorkeling equipment, life jackets, it’s all right there! There are even bicycles for you to take to the other side of the park! Our boys, ages 11 & 14, wanted to try Snuba, so we added that on. We spent the day snorkeling, bicycling, exploring cenotes, trying snuba, cliff jumping, zip lining, on the water slide, but we ran out of time for the lazy River. There’s a great “beach” area where you can also just lounge in a chair and there’s another area with hammocks. I enjoyed this park because it’s so spread out and there really weren’t any lines for activities. I would definitely go back to Xel Ha the next time we are in Cancun!

PS. We went to XPLOR another day and although we enjoyed it, we all agreed Xel Ha was our favorite!

This place was AMAZING. However, I highly recommend it for children over the age of 10. They do have an area for young ones but there was not much to do for my 5 year old. Most of the “exciting” water activities are geared for older kids, adults. We did go down the lazy river but towards the end I had to turn into Michael Phelps to fight the current from the Carribbean Sea flowing in to get my son and I into the station where you drop off the tubes.
The Delphinus Dolphin Experience was AMAZING.

Fantastic park. Something for everyone here. We visited twice and can’t wait to go back. It is well maintained and it is big enough for the crowd to spread out. Food and service were also good. Don’t hesitate to visit, it is well worth it.
