We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

If swimming is your thing!!! This is the place amazing… it was raining and still had a great time the slides are a must but be ready to climb

I came to Xel-ha few years ago! It was the best Thing I have ever seen! I came back in hopes to show my kids. But, it’s no longer like that! It was over crowded. The water is no longer clear, there are ya as many fish as there used to be. It’s sad to think soon there will be nothing left of it! The lines for eating are ridiculous, and the servers take a double look when you ask for more since you don’t want to like up anymore!
I hope they take action to make the place better again.

There are plenty of reviews to comb through so I am going to jump right into some pro-tips to consider on your adventure here:

1) May seem obvious but… HYDRATE, before you go and bring water/snacks in a backpack. Bring your own sun screen, water proof carrier for phone and money (tips), and a water shirt for extra sun protection.

2) Bring comfortable water shoes, you’ll do some walk around between the attractions.

3) During high season go to the last locker station (Brown I think) and pickup your snorkel equipment at different location from where you enter the water (they have plenty of equipment and life vests).

Take time to pause for relaxing and ENJOY!

Beautiful ☺️ please! Great staff and service. I can’t said the same for us the visiting tourist, while the place strive to provide clean 🧽 well organized place and service I noticed that people were not caring of the place. Leaving trash 🗑 everywhere and not respecting rules. Sad to see that if I saw trash 🗑 there it was the one visitors were leaving, the workers were running 🏃‍♀️ after them.
