We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Xel-Ha is an amazing aquatic park that is guaranteed fun for all ages. The food and drinks are top notch and the park exceeded our expectations so much that we booked to return again before our trip finished so we went 2x in 1 week. I highly recommend!!

This is NOT a water park. It has only one set of slides. It mostly is swimming & snorkeling. It was well run and very clean but I would go here again only if I was traveling alone or had small children. Cozumel has much better snorkeling. The children’s play area was really nice but for the older teens, there is just one slide and hammocks. My sons were bored after four hours.

In the lazy river, they had some cliffs to jump off of, zip lines, and ropes courses. There was a rope swing in the cenote but it was so low to the ground it really wasn’t a swing at all.

TIP: If you don’t get there when they first open, go directly to the bikes and ride a bike to the start of the lazy river. You’ll beat the crowds who are eating breakfast and taking the trolley to the river.

I booked this along with the Tulum ruins I really had no idea what it was I thought I was just booking the Ruins but what a fabulous surprise. My husband an adult daughter and I went to this and we had a blast. Natures beauty and abundance what is just so great to experience. There’s something for everyone here we met people from all over. The lazy river float is probably one of the most fantastic things I have ever done. The views the beauty the all inclusive drinks and meals the equipment provided all me for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend going here I wanna come back I loved it my whole family loved it we were tired but so happy we came here.
I even did that scary waterslide and lived to tell about it!

An incredible aquatic park, the first of the XCARET parks that we visited and this impression is so vivid that I want to continue and see at least one more for comparison.
The territory of the park is huge! When you get there for the first time, it is difficult to prioritize and there is a chance to loose time and to visit not all locations or not enjoy some activity in full.
My personal advice is to not stay at one location for a long time. From the starting point to move into park depth of the park. In my opinion, the most interesting begins from the crossing a wobbly bridge and starting the jungle exploration jungle. Cenotes, caves, exotic birds and animals are waiting for you there. Moving between bases along winding paths, you will reach a lazy river. This is my top in Xel-HA! Swimming along it you will reach zip-lines, slack-lines and other water-air activities. If you are an outdoor activities lover, this location will take a lot of your time and energy, but it will definitely bring great pleasure.
Also I would like to note the luxurious infrastructure of the park – each of the bases has everything you need for a comfortable rest, toilets, changing rooms, showers and drinking water. And the all-inclusive buffet is a separate huge plus of rest here. Many people appreciate the variety of food and drinks in the bars in the central location so much that they prefer to be in the chill-out zone in the center of the park all day. Anyways, I am sure that every visitor will enjoy it. No matter of age and which style of rest you prefer
