We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

My family and I really enjoyed this adventure. We did all the activities and my kids loved it. We traveled with a baby and my husband and i took turns to take care of him while we enjoyed the drinks and the food. About the food, was a buffet and was very good, ! We love the park and definitely i recommend it!!

Xelha is an amazing water park! The snorkeling is also fabulous. We paid extra for the Snuba Caleta activity and it did not disappoint. We have a 10 year old and our guide was amazing with him. Perfect activity for snuba beginners!

Wonderful, as always — our third visit I think. An excellent value given that you can enjoy three generous buffet meals there – but if you’re planning to stay for dinner, get to the restaurant by 5:15 at the latest, b/c they start clearing away the food by 5:30 for the 6 pm close.

Enjoyed the new lighthouse water slide, the river tubing, zip-lining into the water, and snorkeling, as always, although water not as clear as snorkeling at the Puerto Morelos reef.

we had so much fun at Xel Ha again!
it is beautiful. the waterslide was a must-do for our group ONE time!
it was very fun, but it does go very fast and it gets dark at the end when you go through a tunnel. There are several flights of steps to walk up to get to it.
You can not take a camera up there so that was a bit disappointing.

snorkeling was peaceful and beautiful and they do give you a brand new snorkel to keep. flippers and goggles need to be turned back in.

Life jackets are at just about every entry point into the water.

the water is beautiful and clear. The bar and restaurant we went to had great service and quality. This may of bee one of the bet meals we had all week!

We had a very fun day, lots of exercise! It’s a great day for those who want to be active in the sun.

my only small complaint was that we paid for our group of 8 through our resort and had private transfer to/from Xel Ha. When we got there the lady at the desk seemed confused about the ticket we brought. She had to call a manager. We did finally get our bracelets to enter but we had to call our contact at a resort and wait about 20-30 minutes for Xel Ha to work this out.

The last time we went we did a regular transfer and we were on a bus that stopped at several resorts and had to use the times they said for pick up/drop off. I would suggest paying the little bit extra for private transfer. You can pick your own times and do not have to stop at other resorts along the way.

Will go back next time and go strait to the snorkeling!
