We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This park is excellent! It is an all day event, we were shuttled there at 7:30 and we boarded the bus to leave at 6pm. Food/drinks were included with our admission. So many fun things to do! The zip lining was so fun! The slide was amazing and we all loved it – even our kids (11,14). The snorkeling was beautiful and you could see so many different types of sea life. This was adventure packed with plenty to do for everyone – and plenty of places to relax/nap for those who needed a break! See Victor at the bar, he is awesome!

Completely NOT worth it. Skip this. Don’t go. Entrance fee is the same cost as Disneyland, and it has very little to see and do for that entrance cost. The snorkel River is SOO short and has absolutely zero wildlife. In fact, there was very little wildlife to see while snorkeling in the entire bay. Too crowded. Way too many people. The water is dirty and murky. Pay, and all you do is eat and drink for free, and play in the water. I could have done ALL of this at the hotel and saved myself $200. And if you try to leave early, make sure you have alot of cash on you because the taxis don’t take credit card.

You really need 2 days here to experience everything. Its hard to balance doing any extra (swim with dolphins or snuba snorkeling with fish/sting rays) and all the included activities as you just run out of time because park is HUGE! If I had to do over I would not waste time at beginning waiting in line to book extras and just head to eat since all food and beverages are included. Then head to the start of the river/cenotes and work my way down through included activities. Plenty of fish to see with snorkeling gear provided. The zip lines, ropes course and cliff jumping were thrilling. The tubing down river was relaxing and fun. I saw people relaxing and enjoying the hammocks but we didn’t feel like we had time to do so -again as the park was so big and trying to hit everything included. If you choose to do experiences they were well worth it too just know you can’t do it all. I highly recommend this excursion we booked with Kalido.

If you love water activities, food and drinks or just relaxing on a hammock, then, this is the place to go! This is an all inclusive water park (unlimited food and drinks/alcoholic drinks included), Tubes, snorkel gear and life vest included. Zip lining, cliff diving or just relaxing on the hammocks. They also have add on activities. Personally, you don’t need to book add on activities because 1 day is just enough for the basic activities. Purchasing a photo pass is a MUST!
