We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We’ve been to Xel Ha three times over the past 10 years. The first time was incredible, we saw more fish in one afternoon then on our entire trip. The second time was pretty awesome too. The water was clean and the amount of people was reasonably limited. We just went in July and I was so disappointed, it had clearly become over commercialized and there was way less fish. They weren’t enforcing the biodegradable sunblock rule and the water had a nasty film in it. They need to do a better job of protecting this beautiful place.

I really enjoyed my family time in Xel Ha, we did this 20 years ago and it does seem like there are less fish this time around, but still highly enjoyable, great fun, amazing food, and friendly staff. Its a beautiful location with a fun filled family day. The only thing we weren’t happy about was the dolphins in captivity, the Manaties, and we didn’t like the noisy boat at the end of the site which takes people out on trips, this just didn’t feel in keeping with the natural tranquil feel of the place. I’ve given it 5 points because its still a must place to go and visit, great for families, the children will love it and its a safe incredible experience.

this was an expensive park, for what seemed like a glorified zoo. Floating down the river was fun and refreshing, but not much else to write home about. Shows were not spectacular. Our package included dinner, a buffet, but the servers would not even refill our drinks. Do not recommend.

Very disappointing too much extra money ,extremely expensive nothing is included .
you need to buy tickets to go to any ride that you want it’s not recommended for kids and not for people that’s coming from US.
If you want throw $1000 for nothing go to this place.
Absolutely not recommend!!!!

This is a marvelous park! We loved all of the activities which included the lazy river, snorkeling, cliff jumping, etc. We were also amazed at the food and drink offerings. This is truily a top-notch experience.
