We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This park is beautiful and is a must if you are visiting the area. We enjoyed a lot of the free activities but you need to pay for a lot of the things you see online: speed boat, zip bike, dolphin, sting ray, etc.

You pay a lot to get in the park and they includes some floating rafts, hammocks where you can slide into the water, food (buffet food was not the best) and drinks. Throwing my two cents in here, keep the price the same but include more free options and get rid of the free food/drink. Also, probably not the best idea to pass out free drinks near water activities.

We paid for the speed boat and loved it. It was worth the money and lasted about 30 mins. If you get sick easily don’t choose this…lady on the boat was losing her tacos during the end of the ride.

The Dolphins! First off, the whole park is fun. We explored every area and activity – from snorkeling, the lazy river, caves, zipline – but by far our favorite activity was interacting with the dolphins. It was a splurge and it was absolutely worth it! We did not buy any pictures because they are very pricey but we have great memories so that’s ok. The restaurants were great, nice variety. The staff is wonderful – friendly and very helpful. What a fun time!

Highly overrated but just one of those things you have to do once when visiting Mexico. Once is enough for me. The good: included snorkeling gear. It’s was okay but not a lot to see. Food was actually decent for an amusement park kind of place. Buffet had lots of choices but because of Covid you can’t help yourself to the food but rather, you point to what you want and someone serves you. The wait is rather long this way. The shuttle service provided to and from the park was comfortable and efficient. The snorkeling through caves and through a river was fun. You can stop and get out with many exits points throughout. The bad: the additional activities are better but those incur additional and expensive prices so we opted not to do them. With the high cost of admission and food alone, more should be included. My daughter got bored very early on in the day. It was also a very hot and humid day so that should be taken into account.
