We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Not very wheelchair accessible. My daughter was really looking forward to the park as she had done some research and thought it would be mostly accessible (as per their website. There is not a discount for wheelchair users as in most places if all the activities are not available. Her first disappointment came when we received the map of what was accessible – not much! This map should be posted on the website so disabled people can make an informed decision if it is worth the price and time to visit. We did do the lazy river and there is a tram that takes you there, but if you can’t transfer independently it wouldn’t work. There was a ramp down to the tubes and the staff helped her in, the lazy river naturally flows and moves the tube along so no issue there. The problem was at the end, a staff member moved her wheelchair to the end but there were many steps to get back out, again she has some mobility and with help it worked, but wouldn’t for many. The next issue was getting into the water for snorkeling – more steps. The paths indicated as yellow and green on the map were extremely rough and she was almost ejected from her chair a few times, strangely the paths marked as inaccessible were way smoother. The most disappointing part was the cenotes, totally inaccessible due to many stairs. The food and drink were OK, the staff friendly, and we made the best of the day. We were really there to rate the accessibility of the park and made a video so other disabled people will be able to make a decision on whether to spend the $125 admission. My last personal comment is about the dolphin pens, just no, in this day in age this is not acceptable.

Swimming with dolphins was excellent and the photo packages were reasonably priced. Loved the availability of lockers, towels and other amenities. The lazy river was fun, and the food at the restaurant was very tasty. Great service from park staff!

Beautiful park with so many inclusive activities and delicious food. Saw a HUGE albino Ray while snorkeling- took my breath away.
