We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

One of the best places we have ever been to with kids. Lots of water:) great activities and much fun.
We have loved everything about this place except Vista Cafe! Food is junk and cheap, you cant serve yourself at buffet and have to wait until one of the rudest waitress will come and drop it to your plate like in high school. Even when you ask politely to add other items she wont answer just drop again.

This was a very overpriced excursion ($90 USD per person). There was one large waterslide, some tubes and a large area to snorkel with food and drinks included. Food wasn’t great, drinks were very weak. (we tried several locations) EVERYTHING else was an additional cost. Don’t waste your money on the photo package, it isn’t worth the money – several of the shots that we took didn’t even get posted to our download site. Too many people – overcrowded. We would have been better off donating the money to marine conservation. Covid policy enforcement wasn’t consistent, masks/no masks, no social distancing. There is a LOT of walking.

It was my first time and it was fun but from what I was told it used to be it’s to commercialized now. Everything is extra and has to be scheduled. You can’t even look at the exhibits like manatees unless you pay extra. Everything is very spread apart and hard to get it all done in 6 hours.

Where to start, let’s start with the worst thing of the park. The animal cages. They have a huge lake/fjord and what do they do? They put the dolphins and manatee’s in disgraceful small cages, it’s really sad. You can almost fel their sorrow The moment I saw this I was already regretting paying the also outrages entrance fee of 100 dollars.

Of course you get unlimited drinks and food, and the food was actually pretty nice. But still, for 80% of the attractions you need to pay extra, and not a little extra, we talk about 50-150 dollars for an additional attraction. You just pay 100 dollars entrance fee to snorkel in a lake. The zip-lines were promoted on the internet but believe me, in real life they are at least 3 times as low as you see on the pictures. Its a beautiful peace of land, I can imagine that it is expensive to transform it into a park, but come on, at least try to create real attractions. The rope swing was just a joke, you could not swing, not even one meter.

Everything that I wright sounds like I am an annoying reviewer, but believe me I am normally very positive about experiences. But this park was clearly only a money making machine. Visitor satisfaction and treating the animals the right way is clearly not too important to them. I would not recommend this park to anybody, please don’t go you would be disappointed.

This place is magical. The dolphins were amazing, the entire park is fabulous. 12/10. You have to go – there’s inclusive food, all you can eat. drinks you can drink as well 🙂
