We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We had a great time, wish there were more hours in the day to enjoy. The price was reasonable, the park was very clean, tidy and in good repair. We had no problems at all.

Amazing day, scuba diving was fantastic, lots of fish around. I’d definitely recommend as it was such a good day. Very tiring though! Didn’t spend much time in the rubber rings. Buy waterproof phone cases before coming, as they are expensive here. Use bug spray as I’ve been eaten alive. There’s 4 restaurants, only the buffet and Mexican one were open, they weren’t great at all, I eat most things and went hungry, they were like a 3* all inclusive. Breakfast wasn’t served until 9:30, when you get here at 8, and are picked up at 7 it’s a little wait. Take as many pictures as you can on your own phone!! Photos for 4 people are $100. We only had 30 pictures in total between us so couldn’t warrant paying it. Such a shame.

The worst part of xel-ha was the animal cruelty, I didn’t read the reviews beforehand but I should have done. The dolphins are kept in tiny tiny pens, similar to being stuck in your bedroom you’re entire life. The manatees are in an even smaller pen! They looked depressed and lifeless. Also the parrots, constantly being transported in little dog carriers across the park – I saw plenty screaming and biting to try and get out which is completely inhumane. I feel terrible that I have even contributed to this place. For a natural park it wasn’t very natural at all, beautiful surroundings yes, but dolphins and manatees are supposed to swim the whole idea not a tiny pen.

And to make it worse, the place is a rip off anyway, told everything is included, all that’s included is 3 small ziplines, snorkelling and plant nursery.

The park was much more fun that I have anticipated, I had an amazing day with my colleagues. The activities are fun and enjoyable. The food was tasty and great drinks service. I had Snuba activity in the cenote and it was my first time. I was a bit nervous but Arturo and Josue were very professional and explained to me everything in details and the whole experience turned into a wonderful experience.
