We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Tubing down the river was fun and the walk around the park was fun. We were here approximately 20 years ago and it was much more natural. There were also many more fish in the snorkeling areas. It has changed into an amusement park of sorts rather than a natural park. Be prepared for a long day, we left at 7:30 in the morning and got home at 7:00 at night.

A very pleasant and exhausting (in a good way) excursion. Staring with our very energetic and informative representatives, to our guide in Tulum we were very pleased. The ruins are both fascinating and beautiful. Onto Xel-ha, there are a lot of extra activities that can be purchased. We had to wait in a very long line to purchase. I wish there would have been away to pre purchase activities in order to have more time in park. There are so many exciting things to do and see in this park. It is huge! I will def do a whole day there next time!

We have been to other Experiencia Parks and always have a good day. The main activity here is the river where you can float in a tube or snorkel. The all inclusive package includes a locker, snorkel gear and unlimited food and drink, including alcohol. There is a big water slide that is included but there is often a very long line. There are other activities that are not included like the Adrelina speed boat ride, dolphin and Manatee encounters and Snuba. We came on an cool overcast day ans there were a lot of people. If it was a hot summer day, I think it would be too crowded to be enjoyable
We were here 25 years ago and remember a lot more fish and even coral in the estuary.
We came from Bahia Principe, south of Akumal. The hotel rep gave us incorrect information and sold us the tour. It would have been less expensive and more convenient to take a taxi and buy the admission ticket at the park

This was a great experience and surpassed our expectations.
From the lighthouse water slide which we went on a couple of times to the lazy river.
We used the bikes to get to the entrance to the river and had a right laugh. So many activities along the river, zip wires in to the water as well as other fun challenging obstacles.
Or just laze around all day in the water!
Food we thought was brilliant with a lot of choice and even though it was a buffet we were served whatever we wanted by staff with covid protocol which was impressive.
My only fault with the day was my wristband fell off presumably when swimming towards the end of the day so lost those photos which we were planning on buying. Luckily we had taken some on our phones anyway.
Overall cracking day and would highly recommend!

Overall, a wonderful time. This is my 4th time here and it’s always a great experience. The only bad encounter was one of the ladies helping our group check in for our photo pass who was being rude. We had a group of 24 with children as young as 5 years old, teens, young adults and parents and everyone enjoyed themselves.
